Cúlbhac Farm is a 100-acre organic family farm in Newport, Co. Tipperary, run by Ollie and Esther O’Brien. The O’Brien family has farmed the land for more than 200 years, but today the farm has evolved into a diverse, modern enterprise combining organic beef, free-range eggs, fruit, vegetables and agroforestry.
Their approach puts biodiversity, local food production, resourcefulness and long-term sustainability at the heart of the farm.
Skehana Hill Farm Shop is located in the village of Freshford Co. Kilkenny. The shop is run by Fintan White and Liefe Hollwey who also run Skehana Hill Farm. Stocked with produce from their organic farm as well as other local producers, Skehana Hill Farm Shop offers a hub in North Kilkenny connecting the community with quality local produce and with the producers who supply it.
